Aloysius Butler & Clark Acquires Caspari McCormick
Acquisition turns AB&C into the largest full-service independent marketing communications agency in the Delaware Valley.
WILMINGTON, Del. (Jan. 11, 2019) — Aloysius Butler & Clark (AB&C), a full-service marketing communications agency, announced the acquisition of Wilmington-based agency Caspari McCormick. As a result of the acquisition, partners and creative directors Matt Caspari and Sean McCormick, as well as other members of their team, will join AB&C. Caspari McCormick clients include CarSense, Calico, Acts Retirement Life Communities and the Museum of the American Revolution, as well as many others.
The acquisition will make AB&C the largest full-service independent marketing communications agency in the Delaware Valley. Over the past several years, annual growth at AB&C has been steady at a rate of 5 to 10 percent, and the agency projects continued, consistent growth in business and staffing through 2020 and beyond.
The Caspari McCormick team was fully integrated into AB&C’s Wilmington headquarters by Jan. 1, 2019, collaborating with the agency’s team of account services, creative, PR, social, digital and media professionals located in AB&C’s three offices in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
