The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing a broad range of HR and administrative duties. Responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, talent search and recruitment; managing the onboarding process and benefits enrollment and processing; and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of employment-related rules and regulations.
The Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for development, negotiation, implementation, tracking and optimization of paid media campaigns that may include broadcast, print, OOH, direct mail, display banners, video, site-direct buys, ad network buys, behavioral targeting, rich media, mobile, paid social and paid search. With assigned clients from A to Z, the Media Planner/Buyer will handle analysis, strategy, planning, execution, budget management, billing, optimization and results—working in conjunction with associate media directors/media supervisors.
Account Supervisors oversee multiple client relationships and are the primary point of contact between the agency and the client. Account Supervisors are focused on building and maintaining a strong working relationship with assigned clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. In this capacity, Account Supervisors coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across multiple agency departments, with a focus on developing, recommending and presenting strategic solutions that deliver measurable results for the client. In addition, Account Supervisors are engaged in new business development, including agency prospects and expansion within existing clients. B2B experience is preferred but is not mandatory.

You’ll be responsible for handling PR and social media initiatives for an array of accounts.
The social media strategist/manager will work with all agency disciplines—creative, account management, public relations, and digital and media teams, as well as clients—to develop strategic social campaigns across the appropriate channels.
