With nearly 25 years of experience in recruitment marketing in the healthcare, corporate, agency, construction and nonprofit sectors, his experience includes developing strategic recruitment branding and marketing campaigns that target hard-to-recruit talent in a way that positions our clients as best-in-class employers. Shawn has worked with clients both large (Optum—the largest care-delivery organization in the county) and small (Corrado Construction—a family-owned construction business) to provide outstanding, measurable results.

Tara brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and 15 years at AB&C, where she’s known for her exceptional leadership in account services.
